LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — For the first time in the state, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences will be offering a noninvasive treatment option called historipsy for some patients with liver tumors.
Without surgery, radiation, or incisions, this new procedure utilizes ultrasound waves to destroy tumors, according to a release.
