WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Police Department confirmed that a man is in jail and four children, ranging in age from 1 to 6 years old, are in protective custody following a reported DUI crash Thursday night near 13th and Grove.
Sedgwick County Jail records show that 29-year-old Julian Thomas was booked on charges including aggravated child endangerment and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
