A second arrest has been made in the 2002 murder of a Plano father, veteran and businessman, as Frisco police continue to revisit the decades-old cold case.
Keith Hart was taken into custody Friday morning in Waxahachie on a murder warrant in connection with the death of Frank Weiss, according to Frisco police. The arrest comes 24 years after Weiss was killed and just two weeks after his wife at the time, Lisa Honrud, was also arrested in the case.
Weiss’ body was discovered near Lake Lewisville in 2002. Investigators say he had been wrapped in black bags, tied with rope and weighed down with 50-pound sandbags duct-taped to his legs.
