LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Cinco de Mayo may be over, but the cravings are still going strong in Central Arkansas and plenty of locals say Cantina Laredo is a go-to spot when Mexican food is on the mind.
Cantina Laredo General Manager Chris Lane said the restaurant first opened in 2008 in the Midtown Shopping Center, calling it a “fantastic location” that’s centrally located and a great meeting point for people across Little Rock.
Cantina Laredo describes its approach as “authentic with a modern twist,” and Lane said that shows up in everything from drinks to dinner. He said the restaurant makes margaritas with fresh ingredients, including fresh-squeezed lime juice and lemon juice, with “no additives,” along with tequila and orange liqueur.
