LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Bangkok Thai Cuisine had been in River Market Hall for 17 years, but Hue Vang had been the owner of it for about 14 years, and when he started there, he started a special tradition of celebrating his regular customers.
“I found the idea that I used to go to the bar in college. And I started doing like this. Like, whoever comes to eat here, like three or four or five times; and then I started taking pictures and then put it on the wall,” Vang said.
