KANSAS CITY, Mo. — For the first time in nearly two weeks, the average price of gasoline dropped on Friday in Missouri and Kansas.
GasBuddy reports that at 3:30 p.m., the average price of regular unleaded gas in Missouri is $4.21 per gallon, 0.6 cents lower than on Thursday. Gas is still $1.36 more per gallon than a year ago.
In Springfield, the lowest price Ozarks First found was $3.74.
In Kansas, GasBuddy reports the average price of regular gas is $4.06 per gallon, 1.5 cents lower than Thursday but still up $1.23 from a year ago…
