RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a child.
Coroner Mark Bowen tells us his office responded to the 1500 block of Brown Road in Hephzibah, Saturday evening, in reference to a possible drowning.
