ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Arrest warrants have been issued for a man and a woman after they allegedly took a 4-year-old boy with autism away from his mother, according to Rockdale County deputies.
Terrance Noble and Desiree Casswell face charges of assault and kidnapping. They are not yet in custody.
