Police are reminding residents that a stretch of Main Street in downtown Lexington will be closed Saturday during the town’s annual Wine Walk. Signed detours are set to begin at noon, according to the Lexington Police Department.
Main Street/US-1 will be closed from Lake Drive/SC-6 to Church Street on Saturday as the event takes place downtown, Lexington Police Chief Terrence Green said in a news release. The closure and detours are scheduled to run from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
