Drinking Water Week wrapped up on Saturday with a community event focused on the importance of clean and safe drinking water.
Erie Water Works hosted its first-ever Drinking Water Festival and facility tours at one of its treatment plants on Sommerheim Drive in Millcreek.
Visitors had the chance to learn how water is cleaned and treated, as well as how it is distributed throughout the region.
