LINN COUNTY, Ore. — A fatal head-on crash on Highway 20 in Linn County has resulted in a manslaughter arrest, according to Oregon State Police.
Oregon State Police said troopers responded to the two-vehicle crash near milepost 21 at approximately 5:44 p.m. on Saturday, May 2.
