LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Kentucky Powerball winner who has had several run-ins with the law is expected to be in court on Monday.
James Farthing, 51, won a $167.3 million Powerball prize in April 2025, the largest jackpot from the Kentucky Lottery since 2009.
