TOLEDO, Ohio — Average gasoline prices in Toledo dropped by about 23 cents per gallon in the past week to an average of $4.65 following a sharp surge the previous week that pushed prices closer to $5 per gallon.
But experts warn prices could rise sharply again if tensions escalate further between the United States and Iran, potentially disrupting global oil and gas supplies.
