TOLEDO, Ohio — The westbound lanes of I-475 by Talmadge Road will be restricted to one overnight Thursday so crews can smooth out a pavement issue caused by this week’s high temperatures.
The partial closure will be in place from 9 p.m. Thursday to 4 a.m. Friday and affect the lanes approaching the overpass. The exit ramp to Talmadge Road may also need to be closed overnight as crews ground off and smooth a heave in the pavement across both westbound lanes, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
A full closure of the westbound lanes is not expected, but could happen if the pavement conditions are bad enough…
