A slow-moving cold front is exiting Massachusetts Monday morning, bringing light rain to the suburbs south of Boston and other coastal areas like Cape Cod.
Behind the front, a drier airmass will take over, dropping temperatures but clearing out early-morning clouds and allowing the sun to break through.
Monday morning’s showers are expected to come to an end between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., with the possibility of clouds and showers persisting over Nantucket into the afternoon.
