COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Venezuelan is accused of punching an immigration law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
According to charging documents filed in federal court on Friday, Homeland Security Investigations says a task force was surveilling a residence in the 4000 block of Greensview Drive in Powell while searching for “a known criminal alien.”
