High Point, N.C. (WGHP) – High Point Police say a man exposed himself to a teen with an adult in a High Point Walmart over the weekend, and it’s not the first time he’s been accused of these types of actions.
22-year-old Noree Staton is charged with one misdemeanor indecent exposure and one felony indecent exposure involving a minor.
According to court records, Staton has had multiple convictions for indecent exposure since 2023. In his appearance Monday, the DA said he has been a repeat offender.

Staton’s mother was in the courtroom and spoke for him, saying it’s a mental health issue and he needs help…
