KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — Hillco Ltd., Snowshoe LTC Group LLC and Britthaven Inc. have filed a certificate of need application with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to transfer 28 licensed nursing facility beds from Rowan County Health and Rehabilitation Center to Piney Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kernersville.
The proposed project is expected to cost $5.1 million and be completed by October 2028, according to the application filed with the state Healthcare Planning and Certificate of Need Section.
