LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police in Lancaster arrested a man after he allegedly operated an electric off-road dirtbike through the city.
Police say on May 10, around 2:16 a.m., officers stopped Donte Nunn, of Mountville, for riding the dirtbike on the 200 block of North Queen Street.
