SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Approximately 190 Avista electric customers will experience a planned power outage Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. as crews perform equipment maintenance.
All affected customers will receive advance notification from Avista before the May 15 outage begins.
