2 men charged with organizing Oakland sideshow tied to IShowSpeed visit

Two men have been charged with misdemeanors for allegedly organizing an illegal sideshow during an internet celebrity’s visit to the Bay Area last year, the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.

Prosecutors charged Axel Cisnerosmentos and Aron Anaya with organizing or facilitating a sideshow and for aiding and abetting a speed contest. Both men are scheduled to be arraigned May 27 at Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse in Oakland.

The charges stem from a massive sideshow organized outside a local burger joint in West Oakland for  IShowSpeed, a famous Twitch streamer who drew massive crowds in San Francisco and Oakland when he visited in September…
