Gov. Reynolds to sign bill expanding charter school funding, UNI approval for charter schools

DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) – Gov. Reynolds is set to sign legislation Tuesday that would increase charter school funding by more than $1,200 per student and give the University of Northern Iowa the power to approve new charter schools in Iowa.

Reynolds will sign House File 2754 at Des Moines Prep Charter School, 95 E. 5th St., at 2 p.m.
