LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — A free spay and neuter canine clinic will take place Friday, May 15, at the North Little Rock Animal Shelter with requirements pet owners are urged to follow.
In an effort to assist pet owners in making sure their dogs are healthy and safe, registration is mandatory in order to secure a reserved spot.
