CREVE COEUR, Mo. — The Creve Coeur City Council has unanimously tabled a decision on a proposed four-story apartment complex at the corner of Olive Boulevard and North Graeser Road, stalling a project that has drawn sharp criticism from neighboring homeowners.
Garrison Companies plans to build 147 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on the site, which currently houses an empty lot and a partially vacant strip mall.
