‘This is a big deal for Victor’: Southern Colorado residents continue to go without water as city repairs nearly 100-year-old pipes

VICTOR, Colo. (KKTV) – City officials are continuing to work to repair nearly century-old water pipes; meanwhile, residents are wondering how much longer it’ll take as they continue going without water.

Last week, the city of Victor said they were working on their water system when the pipes fell apart, causing a break that impacted hundreds across Victor and Goldfield.

“The hard thing when you’re working in an aging system is: you don’t know what’s going to break next,” city manager Bobby Tech said…
