CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A woman was acquitted of her murder and felonious assault charges Tuesday after she allegedly shot her girlfriend at a Millvale apartment complex in August 2025.
Marshee Luther was acquitted after the judge ruled that she shot Taralynn Bowers in self-defense, a move the victim’s sister, Janyce Bowers, said is not appropriate.
