Speed humps causing a traffic jam of concerns in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa (WHTM) — Safety is the top priority for both PennDOT and Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams, that’s why speed humps have been set up around the city.

Yet, while the mayor said they are increasing pedestrian safety, many in the area are unsatisfied.
