Lancaster County Courthouse employee accused of abusing position to obstruct Border Patrol investigation

LANCASTER, Pa. — An office clerk in the Lancaster County Courthouse has been charged with using his position to improperly obtain and share the personal information of the subject of a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol investigation, Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams said Tuesday.

Lucas Keener, 31, of Lancaster, is charged with a misdemeanor count of obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function — specifically breach of official duty, Adams said in a press release.
