Sea Salt serves up West Coast flavors

Sea Salt hosts California Dreaming, an escape into a laid-back, West Coast state of mind, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14. The evening is inspired by the flavors of the Pacific coast, set to the nostalgic sounds of 1970s soft rock.

The first course is grilled baby cauliflower, complemented by tahini yogurt, roasted red pepper purée and pecorino. Up next is little red lettuce paired with roasted grapes, marinated beets, walnuts and creamy burrata, a nod to California’s farm-to-table philosophy. For the main course, guests will enjoy pan-roasted sea bass served with grilled artichokes and a spring onion vichyssoise.

A selection of à la carte beverages will be available. Guests can enjoy sommelier-crafted cocktails like the Pacific Paloma, Southside Gin Cocktail and Sunshine State, or explore a lineup of wines including Frank Family Vineyards Chardonnay, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars “Aveta” Sauvignon Blanc, and Viña Robles Cabernet Sauvignon.
