(FOX40.COM) — A tractor-trailer fire on southbound Interstate 5 south of Florin Road was affecting traffic Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.
The truck fire was described as well-involved, the Sacramento Fire Department said. The truck was carrying a load of cardboard.
