Le Moyne College sued the city of Syracuse last month over tax bills for 20 single-family homes used for student housing.
In 2023, Le Moyne College bought 20 homes in a bulk deal to offer as student housing. The college said it wanted to keep the properties from bad landlords and offer alternatives to dormitory living.
