A Syracuse man was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, along with traffic citations following a crash on I81 South in Preble.
Just before 9 Friday morning, Troopers were dispatched by County 9-1-1 to a single-vehicle crash in Preble. Arriving in the area, police found a white Lexus SUV facing southbound in the shoulder of the northbound lanes of I81. Their dispatch came shortly after County 9-1-1 received a report of a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed from Onondaga County.
The driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, was 23 year old Dante Michael Tisbe of Syracuse. State Police say he did not report any injuries, but ended up being transported to Upstate University Hospital…
