Syracuse, N.Y. — Shan’Que Johnson stood in the front yard of her future Eastwood home and described her vision for the space inside.
“This enclosed porch is like a sunroom,” she said over the hammering noises from inside the three-bedroom house. “I see my Christmas tree going in there.”
