FRIDLEY, Minn. (KFGO) – Two people have been arrested in a shooting on a highway in the northern Twin Cities that left a woman in critical condition.
The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says a 38-year-old man and 37-year-old woman are in jail awaiting formal charges.
