(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Good music, good fun, and a good cause. That’s what you can find at the upcoming John Denver Tribute Fundraiser Concert in Woodland Park. John Adams is a John Denver tribute artist, and the concert takes place on Sunday, May 31, at the Ute Pass Cultural Center. The event supports the P.E.O. Chapter in Woodland Park.
Karin Taylor, President of the local chapter, and Sharon Pletcher, a member, joined FOX21 Morning News to discuss how this fundraiser supports local women.
“P.E.O. stands for Philanthropic Educational Organization,” said Pletcher. “It began in 1869.
