Parents make emotional plea, Cumberland Co. Board of Education votes to close 2 schools

Parents and teachers urged school leaders on Tuesday to keep Manchester Elementary and J.W. Coon open, but the Cumberland County Board of Education voted 5-3 to close the schools.
