A Pittsburgh man has been charged in Cranberry Township after he allegedly stole a rental car.
The victim reported to police on April 20 that a vehicle they rented to 40-year-old Steven Jaras had not been returned.
Police say Jaras was supposed to return the car four days earlier, but he kept making excuses and would not turn it back in. Police left a message for Jaras and reported it as stolen…
