Stockton ‘outlaw’ biker club boss headed to prison after gun bust

The founder of a Stockton-based motorcycle club is headed to prison after trafficking illegal weapons, stockpiling military-grade explosives and trying to flee the country before his trial.

Jashanpreet Singh, 27, of Lodi, was sentenced Monday to five years and four months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Dale A. Drozd, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.

Authorities said Singh founded the Punjabi Devils Motorcycle Club, an “outlaw motorcycle gang” that blends Punjabi identity with outlaw biker imagery associated with the Hells Angels, one of the country’s most notorious biker gangs, authorities said…
