Two mid-Missourians charged as part of illegal gambling sting operation

The Missouri Attorney General announced charges have been filed in connection with an illegal gaming sting operation.

Two of those arrests were in mid-Missouri.

A press release from Hanaway’s office stated that the operation made seizures at:

  • Eagle Stop North Providence in Columbia, Boone County, four illegal gaming devices and $16,973 in illegal funds;
  • Woody’s Pub and Grub in Ashland, Boone County, had six illegal gaming devices and $8,072 in illegal funds.
  • Bagnell Eagle Stop in Lake Ozark, Miller County, had four illegal gaming devices and $15,985 in illegal funds.
  • Buffalo Eagle Stop in Buffalo, Dallas County, had eight illegal gaming devices and $15,638 in illegal funds.
  • Tenbrook Station Lounge in Arnold, Jefferson County, had seven illegal gaming devices and $2,147 in illegal funds, but that total may increase when specialized tools are used to drill into the payment kiosk.
