ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Asheville Regional Housing Consortium (ARHC) is moving forward with several affordable housing projects across western North Carolina as leaders work to address the region’s housing crisis.
At a special meeting on Wednesday, officials from Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, and Transylvania counties shared updates on developments already underway and discussed new funding opportunities aimed at supporting low-income families, people experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence.
