CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police in the Second District are asking the public for help locating a 33-year-old man who is considered endangered.
Cleveland police are looking for Kenneth Armstrong who went missing on May 6.
Armstrong was last seen on the 3,000 block of Sackett Avenue.
