The Toledo Police Department wants to get out of the towing business by outsourcing management of its impound lot.
The department is asking Toledo City Council to allow the city to enter into a five-year agreement with Illinois-based Vehicle Management Solutions LLC to manage the Toledo Police Impound Lot.
