TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo couple says they have been without running water for six days after utility pole work damaged their water line during a major road reconstruction project on North Summit Street.
Tony King, a medically-retired homeowner, said crews drilling for utility pole work hit his water line. He said he discovered the damage himself when he saw it happening.
“They didn’t come to my door and knock when they first did it. I happened to see it, and I was kind of, you know, I don’t want to start screaming, but like, ‘What did you do?’ And they told me they hit my water line and I’d probably have no water,” King said…
