Public concerns raised over new surveillance camera proposal

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Concerns about privacy and surveillance technology were discussed during Tuesday’s city council meeting.

After public discussion and remarks from Amarillo Police Chief Thomas Hover, council members placed the proposed Verkada camera purchase back on the consent agenda.
