ST. LOUIS — Work is underway on a long-planned soccer field development in the Grove.
Matt Spencer of Spencer Development said his firm is moving forward with plans for an outdoor sports field at 4101 Manchester Ave. in Forest Park Southeast. Construction on the roughly 20,000-square-foot lot began in March and is expected to be complete in July.
