Thunder Over Evans returns to the Evans Towne Center Park on Saturday for an Armed Forces Day celebration with music, dancing, plenty of food, and what’s being billed as the largest fireworks display in Georgia.
Last year, an estimated 15,000 people turned out for the event. The free event opens at 3:30 p.m. The main program begins at 6 p.m. with a military salute, according to a news release from event organizers.
