Rezoning proposal could relocate hundreds of elementary school students in Sumner County

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Elementary school students in Sumner County may soon be forced to switch schools.

The school district will discuss rezoning a portion of Hendersonville. If it passes, about 200 students would be moved from Burrus Elementary School over to Beech Elementary School in Shackle Island.
