BOARDMAN — A Boardman home improvement contractor is in custody after being accused of theft in Pennsylvania.
John Paul Bartos III, 43, of Boardman, was arrested Wednesday by Boardman police on a warrant from Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He is currently being held in the Mahoning County Jail as a fugitive from justice.
