STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Staten Island resident says ongoing conditions at a neighboring property in Great Kills have left nearby homeowners frustrated after years of complaints and unresolved issues.
In recent years, the property on East Macon Avenue has received more than two dozen 311 complaints for issues that include overgrown vegetation, trash and fallen tree branches, according to city data.
“I’m attached to a filthy human,” the resident wrote in an email to the Advance/SILive.com. “My neighbor has overgrown bushes and weeds, vomit, dog poop, and trash all over the entire corner. It’s disgusting.”…
