Lancaster County city couple charged with injuring 3-month-old waive preliminary hearings

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster city couple charged in connection to injuring a 3-month-old during a fight waived their preliminary hearings on April 27.

Kimberlyn Videa-Dubon, 30, and Luis Reyes-Pagan, 46, are charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and attempted simple assault. Reyes-Pagan is also facing a single charge of harassment.

According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Videa-Dubon and Reyes-Pagan injured the infant during an altercation in the morning of February 15 at their residence in the 600 block of Union Street.
